Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices. If you have any questions, please let us know.

About Us

Seekee is a company providing globalized products and services, including its domestic and international operational nodes (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Seekee," "we," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your information privacy and providing transparent and clear privacy protection solutions. We understand the importance of privacy to you and are committed to adhering to the highest industry standards to protect your information.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to help you understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, as well as your rights regarding it. Through this policy, you can clearly understand our commitment to privacy protection. Additionally, the collection and processing of your personal information may vary depending on the specific product, service version, or region.

In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" refers to information that, either alone or combined with other information held by Seekee, can directly or indirectly identify an individual, except as explicitly specified otherwise by applicable laws in your region. We will use your personal information strictly in accordance with this privacy policy. Where the context requires, personal information also includes sensitive personal data or information, which may be classified as such under applicable laws.

Ultimately, we aim to provide the best possible service for all users. If you have any questions about the personal information data processing practices outlined in this Privacy Policy, please contact us at info@buscari.com to address your specific concerns. We would be delighted to hear from you.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

1.1 Information We Collect

We may ask you to provide personal information that is necessary for us to offer you our services. We only collect information that is specific, explicit, and necessary for legitimate purposes, and we ensure that such information is not further processed in ways incompatible with those purposes. You have the right to decide whether to provide the requested information. However, in most cases, if you do not provide your personal information, we may not be able to deliver our products or services or respond to your inquiries.

Depending on the services you choose, we may collect the following types of information:

1.1.1 Information You Provide to Us

We may collect any personal information you provide to us that is necessary for the services you choose. For example:

•If you create an account, you may provide information such as your gender and security-related details.

•If you participate in promotional activities, you may provide your nickname, email address, photos, videos, or other required information.

•Information Assigned by Third-Party Providers and Business Partners: For instance, advertising IDs assigned by third-party providers and business partners.

•Application-Related Information: This includes unique application identifiers (e.g., VAID, OAID, AAID, Instance ID) and basic application information such as app lists, app ID information, SDK versions, system update settings, app settings (region, language, timezone, font), app foreground/background status timestamps, and app state logs (e.g., download, installation, update, deletion).

1.1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

Where permitted by law, we may collect information about you from third-party sources. For example:

•Certain information may be obtained from third-party social network services (e.g., account ID, nickname, profile photo, and email address) when you log in using social network accounts.

1.1.4 Non-Personal Information

We may also collect other types of information that are not directly or indirectly related to an individual and that may not be defined as personal information under applicable local laws. This information is referred to as non-personal information. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information. Examples include:

•Statistical data generated when you use specific services (e.g., unidentified device information, daily usage, page visits, session events).

•Network monitoring data (e.g., request times, request counts, or error requests).

•Application crash events (e.g., logs automatically generated after crashes).

This information is collected to improve the services we provide to you. The type and amount of information collected depend on how you use our products and/or services.

We aggregate such information to provide you with more useful insights and to understand which parts of our websites, products, and services are of most interest to you. For instance, we may need to know the number of active users in a day without needing to know their identities. Aggregated data is sufficient for statistical analysis. We strive to separate personal data from non-personal information and ensure these two types of data are used independently. However, if we combine non-personal information with personal information, the combined data will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

1.2 How We Use the Personal Information We Collect

The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or services and to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and other regulatory requirements. This includes:

•Providing, processing, maintaining, improving, and developing our products and/or services, such as account activation, verification, customer support, and advertising.

•Internal purposes, such as data analysis, research, and development related to the use of our products or services, for example, machine learning or algorithm training using anonymized data.

•Optimizing device performance, such as analyzing memory usage or CPU utilization of applications.

•Storing and maintaining information related to you for business operations (e.g., business statistics) or to fulfill our legal obligations.

•Processing based on Seekee’s legitimate interests (within applicable jurisdictions, such as under GDPR). Legitimate interests include effectively managing and operating our business, providing products and services, protecting the security of our business, systems, products, services, and customers (including for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes), internal administration, compliance with internal policies and procedures, and other legitimate interests described in this policy.

- For instance, to ensure the security of our services and to help us better understand application performance, we may record relevant information such as usage frequency, crash logs, overall usage data, performance metrics, and application sources.

•Other purposes with your consent.

2. How We Use Cookies and Other Technologies

Seekee and our third-party service providers and business partners use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and pixel tags (refer to the section below, "How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information," for more details). These technologies are used to analyze trends, manage websites, track user activities on the website, and gather demographic information about our user base. We may receive both individual and aggregate reports from these companies regarding their use of such technologies. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, identify which parts of our website are visited, and assess the effectiveness of advertising and web searches.

•Log Files: Like most websites, we collect certain information and store it in log files. This information may include IP addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and/or clickstream data. We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.

•Local Storage – HTML5/Flash: We use local storage objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 or Flash to store content and preferences. Third parties we collaborate with to provide certain features on our websites or to display advertising based on your web browsing activity also use HTML5 or Flash cookies to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools to remove HTML5 LSOs.

•Advertising Cookies: We collaborate with third-party service providers and business partners (see the section below, "How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information," for details) to display advertisements on our websites or manage our advertisements on other websites. These third-party providers and partners may use advertising cookies to collect information about your online activities and interests to deliver advertisements most relevant to your profile and interests. Before delivering these advertising services, we will obtain your prior explicit consent and take clear affirmative actions. If you do not wish this information to be used to deliver interest-based advertisements to you, you can opt out by changing your cookie settings.

•Mobile Analytics: In some of our mobile applications, we use analytics cookies to collect information about how visitors use our applications. The information collected by these cookies includes how often you use the app, events occurring within the app, aggregate usage data, performance data, and locations of app crashes. We do not link the information we store in analytics software to any personal information you submit within the app.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information

Seekee conducts due diligence and signs contracts to ensure that third-party service providers comply with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Occasionally, these service providers may have sub-processors.

We may also share aggregated, non-personal information with third parties (e.g., advertisers on our websites) to provide performance metrics, analytics, and other business services. We use this information to help advertisers and business partners assess the effectiveness and reach of their ads and services, understand the demographics of users engaging with their content, and analyze interaction patterns.

For example, we may share general usage trends of our services, such as the number of users purchasing certain products or engaging in specific transactions within a demographic group.

3.1.5 Other Situations

Seekee may disclose your personal information if required by law, legal processes, litigation, and/or requests from public or government authorities.

We may also disclose your information if it is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance.

In addition, we may disclose your information when it is reasonably necessary to:

•Enforce our terms or protect our business, rights, assets, or products;

3.3 Public Disclosure

4. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

4.1 Seekee’s Security Measures

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or similar risks, we have implemented all legally required physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on your mobile devices and through the Seekee app. We ensure compliance with applicable laws to protect your personal information and employ encryption technologies such as Transport Layer Security (TLS) and appropriate encryption algorithms.

We classify your information based on its importance and sensitivity, ensuring it is safeguarded with the required security level. We implement special access controls for cloud-based data storage and regularly review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access and usage.

We conduct due diligence on business partners and third-party service providers to ensure they can protect your personal information. We also impose contractual restrictions where necessary and conduct audits and assessments to ensure these third parties maintain appropriate security standards. Furthermore, employees of Seekee and employees of business partners and third-party service providers who have access to your personal information are required to adhere to enforceable contractual confidentiality obligations.

We conduct security and privacy protection training courses and tests to raise employee awareness of the importance of safeguarding personal information. Our information security policies and processes are designed with reference to international standards and are regularly audited by third parties to verify their effectiveness.

4.2 What You Can Do

You can set a unique password for Seekee services and avoid sharing your password or account information with anyone (unless explicitly authorized by you) to prevent unauthorized access that may compromise the security of your Seekee account. Avoid disclosing verification codes you receive to anyone, including individuals claiming to be Seekee customer service representatives.

Whenever you log in to Seekee as a user, especially on someone else’s computer or a public internet terminal, ensure you log out at the end of your session.

If you fail to safeguard your personal information and a third party obtains access to it, resulting in a security breach, Seekee assumes no liability. Despite the above, if unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach occurs, you must notify us immediately. Your cooperation will help us protect the privacy of your personal information.

4.3 Retention Policy

We will retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or separate privacy policies provided for specific products or services, or as required by applicable laws. Detailed retention periods are specified on the relevant product or service pages. Once the purpose of collection has been achieved, your deletion request is confirmed, or the relevant product or service operation is terminated, we will stop retaining and either delete or anonymize the personal information.

When determining retention periods, we consider the following factors:

•The quantity, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information;

•The potential risks of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure;

•The purposes for which we process personal information and how long we need the data to achieve those purposes;

•The accuracy and currency of personal information over time;

•The relevance of personal information to possible future legal claims; and any applicable legal, accounting, reporting, or regulatory requirements that mandate record retention.

In your jurisdiction, exceptions may apply for personal information processed for public interest, scientific, historical research, or statistical purposes. Where permissible under applicable laws or at your request, Seekee may retain such information beyond the standard retention period if necessary, even when further processing is unrelated to the original purpose of collection.

5. Your Rights

You have control over your personal information.

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you may have the right to access, correct, delete (and exercise certain other rights regarding) your personal information that we hold (referred to as a "request"). These rights are subject to specific exclusions and exceptions as stipulated by applicable laws.

For more information, please contact us at info@buscari.com.

To help us process your request most effectively, please ensure the following:

1.The request is submitted through the exclusive Seekee request channel above, and for the security of your information, the request should be in writing (unless oral requests are explicitly recognized by local law).

2.You provide sufficient information to verify your identity and confirm that you are the data subject or have lawful authorization to act on behalf of the data subject.

Once we have sufficient information to process your request, we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable data protection laws.

In such cases, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be deleted or anonymized.

•Right to Object: You have the right to object to certain types of processing, including processing for direct marketing purposes (including profiling) and, in some cases, processing based on our legitimate interests.
